Award winning portrait photographer Ted Palmer has teamed up with the Molesey Carnival to hold a photographic competition for under 16s that will be judged  by the visitors to the carnival. The top prize is £50.

The theme is: Views of Molesey

Rules:

Must be 16 or under on 2nd June 2012.

The photograph must have been taken by the entrant.

Where the photograph includes easily identified individuals in the image their permission should be sought to enter the photograph in the competition.

Up to 3 entries per person, each entry needs to be submitted as a separate e-mail.

Images should be sent as jpegs not exceeding 10mb in size.

Images can be cropped and edited with software before entering.

Images will be printed and displayed at  the Molesey Carnival 2012 and the winner selected by public vote.

There will be two categories 11-16s, and under 11. In the event of a low number of entries in one of the categories they may be combined.

Please let your Parent/Guardian know you are entering.

Your photograph may be used by Ted Palmer and/or the Molesey Carnival to publicise this and future competitions or activities.

Any photographs deemed inappropriate or submitted without full information will be excluded from the competition.

Any entries not meeting the rules will be disqualified.
